Easy Run

Had treatment yesterday. Fast walked & did drills prior. My legs feel "rested" now after the day off I take & I can see my pace coming back down since I crested 30 mpw two weeks ago. Ran out fr Whole Foods left on Sharon & loop in church (mi 1 - legs felt super strong at start), right on Rutherford & looped around neighborhood & then back up Rutherford (mi 2 - felt the slowdown but interesting in prior runs this slowdown would be around 8:50 pace whereas today this was much faster despite much being uphill), shot out & right on Sharon & then into Y parking lot, loops in parking lot, out to Elementary School for 4 laps around track, then back to Y to dirt trail & a 1/2 lap around (mi 3, 4 & 5 - I felt really good & these all felt similar which the pace confirms, felt like I was getting stronger, cadence quick & stride felt strong), ran out fr Y & up Sharon to church (mi 6 & stopped at 6.15 miles - my right hamstring/HHT began to ache in mi 6, right hamstring felt less "springy" & a little more labored & felt like I was slowing down which I was). Stretched hamstring (it hurt) & did 2x drills, then resumed for final portion fr church to Whole Foods (felt tightness in right hamstring over the first minute which dissipated some).
