Easy Run

When I started doing my dynamic stretches prior to run felt really great. When I was abt to do my last round of stretches something felt horribly wrong & my right entire hamstring felt like a "rubber band that was stretched too far & snapped" - had a lot of pain but confusingly none in HHT area? Suited up anyway and fast walked (it hurt & I was almost hobbling when fast walking which is a terrible sign). Then did drills & right hamstring had almost no "snap or spring" (and pain) - but no pain doing high knees? So decided to run, wanted to keep this conservative & go maybe 4 miles depending upon pain - started fr Whole Foods and ran nearby in case I was forced to stop. When I started this felt 180 degrees different fr yesterday, I was hobbling to start, it felt like I the "parking brake" partially on, and could feel stress in right hamstring (but no ache in HHT). Ran out and down Sharon to Rutherford (mi 1 - the pain partially subsided & did not increase on uphills which was strange, but my form/stride felt compromised), hung left on Sulkirk left on Sharon to looped in chuch (mi 2 - felt better but I could really feel "stress" in right hamstring), ran down Sharon and looped around Whole Foods & back out on Sharon to mall parking lot (mi 3 - I stopped out of an abundance of caution, was sweating like crazy bec I could feel the higher humidity, gingerly stretched right hamstring (very tender), then resumed (felt tight to start) & ran loops around mall parking lot & down Sharon to Colony (mi 4 - felt good at times but this felt like mi 3), looped back on Sharon to mall & mi 5 is where I could feel my form/stride begin to get impacted by hamstring (could feel myself slowing - and close to mi 5 stopped again to gingerly stretch right hamstring). Resumed & it actually felt better over the final mile. Felt better over the final mile vs. initial mile, and post run it felt better (less tender) vs. prior to run?
