Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Had treatment yesterday (needling). Started fr Whole Foods, decided to wear a tank top (bad decision), ran down to mall parking lot looped around & then right on Sharon (mi 1 - did not feel great, felt "weighted down", yet pace was relatively quick), continued down Sharon, looped into church & then back out on Sharon & right on Sulkirk (mi 2 - felt like I really "slowed" down but did not); ran down Sulkirk down Old Reid left on Park & looped around Park So back on Park to church (mi 3 - felt like I was going much slower & at this point wished I didn't have shirt on as it was making uncomfortably hot & was starting to sweat); ran to church, looped around back on Park & then hung a left on Park South & pushed pace up hill (mi 4 - this felt the same as mi 2 & 3 & it was but this felt like was running much slower, pushed the pace up the hill), continued down Park So (stopped at 4.25 mi to remove my shirt as it made me so hot that I was sweating like crazy), continued to feel hot, pushed the pace up the hill to Fairview & hung a right & then looped around (mi 5 - began to cool down towards end of mi 5 & everything felt easier), ran a loop around Panera & then up to BOA where I stopped (5.6 mi) to stretch my hamstring. Resumed & felt much stronger going up the hill on Fairview to Sharon & then ran around to Ashley & back to Whole Foods.
