4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field (+4 x drills)
First time trying to do strides in ~7 weeks. Started off w/toe offs (60 yds) & really noticed the difference now vs. anytime prior as I was really bounding/bouncing (fr strengthening hip flexors/psoas). And noticed immediately when I did these strides that I was very strong because I held back on these. It took one stride to get my "feel", and after #3 I became very conservative & did not want to do anything to tweak anything. Felt like I was "gliding & bounding". Also did 16x running butt kicks + 8x high knees & toes offs in between. Accurate splits:
