Felt the same today as last Sunday -- felt fatigued, feet hurting more than normal. Fast walked, lifted & did drills beforehand. It was hot out (fortunately not oppressive humdity) and it still took its toll. When I started out felt fatigued. Compared to last week, ran mile 2 faster (felt a little better in mile 2 and tried to control the pace). Ran out to Cottswold and to the street behind Randolph and then turned around. The fatigue again caught up to me on mile 4 (no real breeze) and could feel it more when I ran up Sharon Amity fr the shopping center. When I got on Sharon Amity for the segment fr Providence to Sharon I began to feel weakness in my core & tired to slow the pace down. At almost exactly 5.5 miles I didn't feel an "energy drain" but felt really fatigued to where my form became almost "mechanical" & forced. The one thing that felt different was that I felt more "up on my feet" as if my form/efficiency is beginning to improve.
