Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy in/around Phillips Pl. Ran the first two miles looping back & forth in PF Changs lot/Hotel/Palm into small lot then to other side around island & out exit (thru mi 2 - felt really awkward the first mile & my pace shows how awkward I felt, then began to feel more fluid), ran next two miles in entrance looping in small lot 2x out/ext (mi 3 & 4: felt more fluid), then up PF Changs lot & did 5x+ figure 8 loops (mi 5 & thru 5.85: totally lost rhythm at 4.75 mi stopped and gathered myself). Stretched & then finished out final .35 mi running around to the other side.
