Easy Progressive Run

Pain & stiffness in lower left back was more intense today vs prior week. It really hurt as I was walking around during warmup & felt a lot of stiffness to where it felt like my back was locking up & could feel pain in my left leg over the first 1-2 minutes of the run. The first mile felt like 10:30 pace (fortunately it was not), felt better & more fluid in mile 2 (yet pace was slower). Started at Hotel ran up to Fairview down in entrance looped small lot 2x+ then looped RH & into small lot 2x+ (mi 1), repeated loop of RH & into small lot 2x+ three times & then out exit/in entrance & reverse loop of RH (mi 3 - was just focusing on quick cadence & strong form, felt much more fluid vs mi 1, struggled in mi 2 but then settled in during mi 3 & felt easier), back into small lot 2x then repeated then out exit/in entrance & reverse loop of RH back into small lot (mi 4 - began to feel pain in left adductor where I felt it at the start so really focused on using my glutes & that helped dissipate the pain, was in a good rhythm here), 2x small lot out/around & into cinema lot for 4 loops to finish (mi 5 - still do not feel strong given the back issue & did not purposely pick up the pace).
