5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [
Felt a lot of pain in lower left back that spread across my lower back on #1 as I really engaged my core to sprint up the hill (and I was holding back so as not to over stress). On the next hill sprints I made an adjustment where I did not bow my back towards my left side but bowed either center-of-line or slightly to the right & that took a lot of pressure off the injury where on #3 did not really feel any pain. I also shortened my stride after #1 which quickened my pace & felt stronger up the hill. Felt crisp on #2 thru #5 & adjusted pace on #5 as I was a second slow in hitting the Stop button (missed it!). Accurate splits below:
