Very Easy Run
Finally these "very easy" runs are evolving into very easy runs as today this felt felt 20% easier vs last week (& 30% easier vs 2 weeks ago). There were no real instances or moments of "struggle" or loss of rhythm which is critical. Ran the first 3 miles in/around Phillips Pl running up Fairview (and pace reflects how I felt as I felt looser and more fluid). Left on Sharon looped back on Sharon left on Fairview past McDonalds (mi 4 - felt really fluid), left into corp park looping around Zoe's/BOA back on Fairview left thru corp park right & looped around & then left down Fairview (mi 5), looping "8"'s between Ruth Chris & Panera (mi 6) back up Fairview to BOA (stop for a min) & then up hill to Whole Foods.
