Easy Run
The rain correlated with how my pace slowed - it started a bit in mi 1, then receded a bit & then started pouring right before mi 3 & mi 3 & 4 I was running at times in pouring rain, huge puddles everywhere, shoes soaked. The rain tapered off after mi 4 to where it stopped over the final 1.4 or so miles. Ran all of this in Phillips Pl with the first 3 miles looping between The Palm side & the entrance & then back down looping around the cinema. During mi 4 ran back into entrance & then into cinema lot looping 3x (mi 5 -legs felt heavy & slow & shoes were soaked), continued looping (mi 5 - 5.25). Stopped & took off shirt as I was hot. Then ran final ~1k+ doing two loops of cinema lot out around PF Changs & looping back on Phillips Pl Court (mi 5.25 - 5.9).
