Very Easy Run
I'm now regressing badly as I ran this slow vs what I ran yesterday although this was in steady/pouring rain & wind where at 3 mi I was soaked thru. Started at Orchard St bridge & ran into back neighborhood & ran reverse loops of McBride/Thompson/Benedict/Hawthorne & like yesterday this felt did not feel that slow yet it was embarrassingly slow (and have no idea why). Ran 4.45 mi of these reverse loops then went left on Thompson to Brookdale. Stopped as I was bored, & then resumed up Thompson right on Benedict left on Hawthorne left on McBride right on Thompson to Elementary Schoo..
