Very Easy Run
Very scary run given that when I ran this I felt even paced yet per the pace/mi & HR this was an absolute disaster. I really cannot believe that I can run that slowly esp since it felt even paced & worse since this is the case it tells me something w/my fitness is really wrong. Started at Orchard St bridge & ran into back neighborhood & ran continuous loops of Benedict/Thompson/McBride/Hawthorne thru to near the end. How my pace deteriorated I have no idea since I felt the same! Ran 5.8 mi straight, stretched & did drills at end of Benedict, and then ran reverse loop & right on Thompson to Elementary School to finish.
