4 x Strides running down Ashley (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
I did 3 of these on Sat for first time in almost 2 months & felt terrible (could not "feel" anything & actually felt fatigued & "died" on #3). This was 180 degrees different as after #1 I was able to "re-capture" a strong bio-mechanical form (short strides w/strong hips) and got stronger (#3) and even stronger (#4) - and these all felt like the same effort which is a very positive sign. Accurate splits below:
