4 x Strides on HarrisY (wet) Grass Field (+4x drills)
Decided to test calf (& right hamstring & body) by injecting some speed & seeing how things went. I was trying to be conservative in terms of not aggravating anything but on #1 that was a moot point since I felt so awkward & discombobulated on #1 (felt like I could not sprint), on #2 I was able to "coordinate" my entire body to sprint more efficiently (and when I did this felt immediately hungry when torquing my core), on #3 felt more coordinated & body began to "remember" how coordinate itself & felt stronger (& again felt hungry!), on #4 purposely was conservative. Also did 4x (dynamic hamstring stretches + 11x high knees + 14x running butt kicks). Accurate splits below:
