Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Lower back pain was a 5-6 & improved fr an 8 yesterday (yesterday I could not bend down to tie my shoes, today I could!). Ran this purposely slow but this "hurt" (fr back pain fr treatment) vs. when I ran a purposely slow run on Thu where I had just flown back fr NY & had zero back pain! Started fr Whole Foods & ran around Ashley down a block on Sharon & looped back to Colony & took a right into Harris Teeter & ran two loops of parking lot (mi 1-2, after the first 4 min the back pain came back, was not as acute as yesterday but still hurt, still felt I had a loss of stability at times & felt like I had 1-2 dull knives in my lower back vs. yesterday where it felt like I had someone banging a balpeen hammer into my lower back). Somewhere right at the end of mi 2 it felt like 3 sparkplugs in my V8 engine went bad because it felt like I lost a lot of my strength/power & the pace clearly shows that. Ran into Earth Fare & did one lap & then out & down Sharon to Sharon View (mi 3), looped back down Sharon & ran back into Earth Fare & ran some loops in parking lot & then out & right on Sharon (mi 4 - felt the same "powerless" feeling I did in mi 3 & pace was eerily the same), looped into Walgreens then continued down Sharon & looped around Wells Fargo & then gave into the back pain & stopped (at least I got a lot further today vs. yesterday, did some 3x dynamic hamstring stetches & tried to vent heat), resumed down Sharon (legs felt "springier" and almost no back pain but no restoral of strength) past Fairview past Ashley then looped back down Sharon & up Fairview to Whole Foods to finish. Legs also felt "heavy" as if both hamstrings were "overstretched".
