Ran 4 x 300m running fr down Hawthorne fr Archer & hanging right on Benedict till end. I felt exhausted on these and pleasantly surprised I progressed on ea one, ran these much faster than expected, and because on #2 I did not get the right split (it showed 7:40 pace), and feeling tired, I thought I actually ran this which resulted in me pushing #3 & #4 because I thought I was running these embarrassingly slow (vs what I should have done & run them at the same pace as #2). The metrics aligned with the results in that I ran with greater power on each, my cadence was faster (which I purposely focused on) & stride length increased.
