Very Easy Run
Relatively high humidity as I have not run in 60+ dew pt except for two runs in the past 7 months (one was 10 days ago at 63 dew pt that felt stifling - this felt worse). Had serious trouble running in this as I had to stop a couple of times as I was feeling uncomfortably hot (yet only ran 2.5 mi). Decided not to run Fri evening & go in the morning. Felt exhausted and this felt like I was running 10:30 pace.
