This was a "regression run" as in I significantly regressed and have no idea why other then I felt terrible (and this after a day of rest). The only positives were that my left foot did not ache (only hurt a little so it continues to improve), I ran out 2 miles and ran this straight. When I started I expected to feel "good" or "bouncy" but I felt like I was 300 lbs, mechanical & running backwards. I tried to push thru and thought I might feel better as I went along but felt like I was in "slow motion" My pace is almost surreal (was I really that slow?)? Ran down Sharon to HarrisY trail, 2 laps around and then back (at times on the HarrisY trail I felt like I was hardly moving). The last 1/2 mi I could not go any faster -- what happened to the progression I was making?
