Easy Run

Fast walked and did drills b4hand. Legs felt very sore fr yesterday. The first 3 miles felt "rough" (and the pace confirms this). Mile 1 felt really rough - it felt like an effort, legs very sore and had to focus to keep quick cadence. First 3 miles were down Sharon, loop around the church (mile 1), down Sharon to Sulkirk and made right then left onto Park South (mile 2), and then back up Sulkirk and left on Rutherford & right on Sharon (this mile felt like a struggle since it was mostly an incline & in the dark). Ran down Sharon to Y and up to Beverly Woods Elementary (mile 4) -- begin to feel more looser. Then 3 laps around the track and back out to the Y (mile 5) and stopped at 5.5 miles (I was sweating like crazy, felt warm, and felt like I was losing my rhythm. After some drills, resumed to head up Sharon to Whole Foods. Felt better/springier, and surprised to see how slow mile 6 was, but then kept what felt like was the same pace for mile 7 (1/2 was up an incline) yet mile 7 was much faster? Hamstring felt a little worse at the end? Also feel and have a bad knot in my quad that could stop me if it gets worse.
