Very Easy Run
Ran w/Newtons so focus was on high cadence & form (ran this very easy). In fact, I ran this so "very easy" it was abysmally slow. Not sure I could have run the first mile slower. Worse, it did not feel like that (mi 1 felt like mi 2?). Ran mi 1 in Phillips Pl in/around hotel/Palm & many loops of small lot (mi 1), ran up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon for 100m looped back on Sharon left on Fairview past McDonalds looped back left on Sharon (mi 2 - felt more fluid running this mile which was 1 min/mi faster & uphill), down Sharon to BOA looped back past Fairview left on Ashley up/around right on Fairview to entrance to Phillips Pl (mi 3 - not sure how pace could get slower as this was downhill, really focused on form & felt some level of fatigue after not wearing Newtons for a run for 6 wks), finished off in Phillips Pl in small lot & cinema lot.
