4 x Strides (3 on way back fr Ashley to Phillips + 1 on Harris Y grass field)
This felt completely opposite vs the slow warmup jog. I felt really strong on these & in a strong form. Ran the first three on the road coming back fr Whole Foods to Phillips Pl, then ran #4 on grass field at HarrisY where I felt really strong. Accurate splits below:
