Fast Walk
Had PT today. Left Adductor bothering me through the day. Fortunately after the first couple of minutes did not feel the Adductor. Did feel pain in lower medial left quad -- what appears to be a knot that is radiating pain (feels like leg is broken and felt that way for the first 10-12 minutes).
