It felt so awful out and heat/humidity felt like it sapped my strength. Fast walked 4 min & then did drills. Was going to run some hills up Park So but oppressive conditions nixed this so went to Plan B which was to run very very easy for 3.5 mi and run some hill sprints up Carnegie. When I took my first step felt extremely tired & over the first mile I felt like I weighed 300 lbs. Even though I was running very easy I was sweating like crazy from the oppressive conditions and this took a lot out of me.
