4 x Hill springs up Carnegie. These are the first hill sprints in almost a year. Its hard to describe how terrible each one felt and how the accumulation of each one grounded me down (and I only did 4!). The only good news is that my feet held up. On #1 it felt awkward and midway I could feel the stress on my left Adductor/lower quad. After each one I had walk at least 90 seconds as I felt in distress. #2 and #3 were up a steeper section and these felt even worse. I telt better technically on #3 and #4 but on both of these after 10 seconds I wanted to quit and had to "hold it together" to finish. It is amazing how much these took out of me.
