4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley [+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs]
Ran these all < 6 min pace/mi on the steeper hill. First positive sign running hill sprints as I ran these fast but more so consistent. Felt much stronger running these vs prior weeks. Did not feel "fatigue" or stress deep in my core on these. Able to get into a strong bio-mechanical position/posture & quick cadence. No overstriding. #3 felt the swiftest & it was. Accurate splits below:
