6 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie + 6x Drills

Ran #1, 2 & 6 up the near side of Carnegie (closer to Fairview) & other 3 up the steeper side of Carnegie fr Barclay Downs. Felt that "deep tired into my core" which I only feel when the heat is really impacting me. This felt so different fr last week where I felt fresher and not "ground down" & where each sprint took a lot out of me (there was no way I could ran another 1/10th of a sec on any because I was hurting badly deep in my core). Felt better on #2, #5 & #6 where I could really turn over my legs. Accurate splits below:
