Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Was ready to run fr HarrisY but right b4 I started I realized I forgot to bring my watch so had to drive back home & start fr Phillips Pl (wasting a lot of time). It actually felt "hot". Ran two loops around Phillips Pl parking lot (mi 1 - felt terrible, legs felt sore & this felt slow -- and it was), ran up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon (into wind & it felt great) & looped around at Sharon View back on Sharon back to Fairview (mi 2 - felt better & less sore compared to mi 1), ran down Sharon & looped around Walgrens & back to Fairview (mi 3 - felt the best during this mi), then ran down Sharon & got to Zoe's and began to feel sick to my stomach - stomach cramps vs. muscle cramping & felt really hot and uncomfortable. Walked around in front of Zoe's for about 3-4 min hoping my stomach would feel better & seeing lightening in the background. Resumed & the final ~1.5 mi was rough as I have acclimatization to heat. Ran two loops around the corp park & then down to Piedmont Row (did not run down to Panera because I was afraid of trying to run back up the hill where I may have had to stop) & looped around the Rotounda bldg to the near side of Carnegie.
