Easy Run
Fast walked & did drills prior. Legs felt tired/fatigued. Started fr Whole Foods & ran down Sharon to Sulkirk right on Park South to Fairview & then down Piedmont Row to Carnegie for hill sprints. When I started out my legs felt really tired (pace felt like 8:40 pace over the first two miles & this felt like a struggle). Felt better during mile 3 (but pace slowed?) and then felt tired again in mile 4 (which was faster than mi 3 and uphill?) and the only mile I actually felt tired was mi 5 (and it was the slowest).
