Easy Run
Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Wore new 361 Volatilion shoes that I may or may not return because of fit. Started fr HarrisY and felt good for the 1st 100m and then legs felt tired fr yesterday's long run. Very cognizant about not going too fast like last week (8:06 avg) so at various points controlled/slowed down pace. Ran the first 1.2 mi the parking lot, then veered onto dirt trail for the next 1.3 miles (I could feel a big difference in the "bounce" and "spring" or lack thereof on the dirt), then back on the asphalt where things felt easier running loops up and down & then out to track in the back of the Elementary School (mi 3 & 4). Ran 5 laps around 220 yd track & then back to Y parking lot.
