Buildup Run fr Injury

78 deg. Goals was ~15 min or 1.75 mi (met the goal?). Did 2 x drills prior and felt worse pain in left foot ever, probably a little worse compared to the worse pain I felt in my right foot in early July. This obviously was not good. So sucked it up and started out. Felt pain in left foot (6/7 out of 10) over first 1/3 of a mile, then it increased for a bit and it was different vs. last Tue as it was concentrated/focused on a trigger point along medial left heel (almost along inside of left foot behind arch mid-heel) -- felt like someone had hit me w/a ball-peen hammer. It went back to a 6/7 but then around 1 mile in it seemed to get worse but in that trigger point area. I did not feel the entire area under my arch go under duress (it did hurt) or feel a complete loss of "spring" in my left foot. My pace was consistent. I could not go any further than 1.75 miles as I feared that I could cause damage.

Have no clue what is going on. Last Tue my foot felt ok until I hit 2.75 miles (and then it hurt really bad). Today it hurt decently bad to start and not sure if that is due to not running over the past 8 days. The pain I have is much more "focused" tonite vs. last Tue where it was more spread out. Will have to gauge how things feel tomorrow?
