Fast Walk - left foot felt 100% better today, first time. No real tightness or pain in arch or in the heel bed (last nite it hurt but today that was all gone -- could feel this right away this morning as "morning pain" was less. Felt good on this but must have followed the Twilight Zone path as my pace was significantly slower than any prior effort and not sure why?
