Lifted, fast walked 1/4 mi & did drills prior. Left foot has progressed where it would appear that there was an underlying strain of the muscles underneath the PF -- ball of left foot feels much better & no pain. RIght PF hurt more. Started very late. Stride felt "more efficient", felt a tinge of fatigue in legs and no real pain. First three miles felt good, felt strong, mile 4 was mostly uphill & mile 5 was uphill fr the South Pk mall up by Rite Aid and up to Whole Foods. It felt warmer (especially around buildings). Post-run my right foot began "throbbing" in the inside heel which is a very bad sign from a PF standpoint.
