Lifted, fast walked 1/4 mi and did drills before. Covered left ball of foot w/moleskin which helped cushion it and had a significant positive impact. Started out and felt "stronger" vs. yesterday w/out any of the same pain in my left foot as yesterday. And this was a much hillier route which put more pressure on feet. Could feel the higher humidity vs. yesterday as I began to feel sweat about a mile in. Hard to gauge pace but this felt like yesterday although today was 20 sec p mil faster (w/more humidity) and I descended the pace even though it did not feel like that occurred. Hopefully my left foot is slowly healing -- unfortunately can still feel the chronic PF in my right foot prior and several hours after the run.
