4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley + 50m toe offs
The soreness & pain in my adductors was intense to where I did not think I would be able jog to the hill. After #1, I fine-tuned my form and felt better sprinting up the hill. These sprints were at 70% as I did not want to injure. Accurate splits below:
#1: 6:20 pace/mi;
#2: 5:59 pace/mi;
#3: 6:34 pace/mi;
#4: 6:12 pace/mi.
