70 degrees / 60 dew pt
Easy Run
Felt nice out w/the dew pt at 60 & temp at 70. Ran these in the Aurora's and even though I felt more stable the soreness in both adductors was off-the-scale, felt real pain at times, it slowed me as I felt really weak and tried to avoid turns since that made it worse, pain was a 7 on a 10 scale & then receded slightly. First run where I progressed after taking a week off.
