Fast walk - felt better physically today (shows in the pace) -- most of mile 3 was either uphill or along soccer fields. Started out and felt much less pain than yesterday (and the terrain was more rolling and more on asphalt). Miles 1 & 2 were either on grass along the road or in the road, and did not really feel anything. Someone about 2.75 miles in I began to feel pain (under left arch and across heel) but then it was intermittent similar to yesterday but did not get bad. Post effort I could feel that the overall "swelling" was not as bad as yesterday (yesterday when I initially iced it was super-tender but today not as tender).
