Planned to rest and if i wanted to do something there was really no way as the pain in my left foot was "increased" versus prior days. Not sure why -- I did some aggressive massage/ART/trigger point on the areas of pain which may have caused more discomfort. Area of pain is along left instep behind arch and then along heel bed. In the heel bed area there is an area that "clicks" when I push back and forth when I dig my finger in. Experimenting with icing this in different ways.
