5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Pkwy on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:39 pace/mi Avg]
After #1 settled in and ran the remaining sprints consistent w/a strong form (although my left lower back began to ache, hurt more afterwards & fortunately hurt less 12 hours later). Ran these sprints faster vs last week. Accurate splits below:
