Fast Interval Set

Goal: 2 x 500m @6:58 pace; 3 x 1/4 mi@6:58 pace, 5 x 300m@6:40 pace.

Actual: 2x500m@6:55 pace; 3 x 1/4 mi@6:53 pace; 6 x 300m@6:19 pace.

3 x 1/4 mi. Wore the Cortannas. Felt better and stronger on these (much more so vs. 3 weeks ago) but ran these conservatively since 3 wks ago this set became an real effort. Descended on each and had to take less recovery on #3 to get it in before the Y closed.
