4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 3 x Drills
Felt good (strong) on these but on #1 could really feel right Psoas/lower abdominal (fortunately only on #1). Ran these consistent and focused on form and bio-mechanics. Also did 3 x (18x butt kicks + 9x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits:
