Fast Walk

Notes

Fast Walk and then (tried to) transition into fast walk/jog at about 1/2 way in (2.25 miles). Felt worse during the day (felt fine, no issues until when I stretched about an hour before this, could feel inflammation/swelling on the inside of my thigh in the groin along inguinal ligament, and then felt a consistent "dull ache"). Started out and decided to walk the first 1/2 vs trying any jog before then and risk feeling worse and/or having to stop. After about the first 1/2 mile actually felt better (felt very slight swelling feeling in peritoneum along right side to start and nothing in hip). At 2.5 miles began transition to walking 8-10 steps and jogging at first 4-6 and then to about 10-14 steps. Was able to jog, but at a glacially slow pace and in a ton of discomfort/sharp pain but the pain was actually different --> no pain above the leg (zero inside hip), pain was focused along right Adductor going down my leg about 4-6 inches. The pain was like that of a very very tight muscle as I was very careful in gauging how things felt when I walked. Was able to extend the jogging portions but because of that "tight pain" it was like I was jogging in quick sand. Post run the strain in my QL Muscle (back of pelvis) is still there, had pain in right lateral thigh up to near hip (could feel "scrunching" when I rolled it w/the lacrosse ball and after I rolled pain subsided).
