3 x Strides on HarrisY Trail

Was very conservative in pacing given my leg. #1 felt very slow (and ran this on the grass field which was way too spongy and unstable). Ran #2 and #3 on the dirt trail. For #2, felt that I was going so slow that I increased the pace, and I guess when his 5:00 mile pace my Adductor began to react violently and I quickly slowed down (and avoided damage). #3 was extremely conservative with the goal being I could complete this w/out doing any harm. Accurate splits below:
