Easy (Warmup) Run
Rested two days. Leg felt improved. Did not feel pain for the first 10-12 steps and then when pain locked in is wasn't that bad (a 7 vs a 10). Very hot. Kept pace slow & hoping I could run the workout I wanted to at the end.
