Notes

About 5 hours after my run I could start to really feel the pain again in my Adductor. This morning it was very painful and disappointing. Tried ice and heat but no avail. Then in late afternoon aggressively massaged area and that lessened pain. The pain is more like the muscle is "very tight" like a knot (although I can't feel the knot and when I rolled later could not feel any knot).
