Easy Run
82 degrees. First run in a week. Injury recovery run to test left leg and see if I can begin an injury ramp. Pace reflects how I felt -- in the beginning I had that "I have not run in a month feeling" where everything felt weird and it felt like I was going very slow (which I was), and then after (a mile) I felt more in tune and stride felt better. My Adductor tightened for about the first mile and thankfully it released and I didn't feel it any more. I felt my IT Band (tightness) right in the beginning but felt it less thereafter. In mile 3 I did not feel faster, it felt like I was getting my "stride back" and I could feel my form and form was improved (hips felt higher). Post run my left leg ached, rolled it and it felt better, now the big test is how I feel tomorrow.
