Easy Run

Have pain in right knee and feels like it is swollen & have a loss in the range of motion (in the paw back where I feel serious tightness in the knee). Was very disconcerting & was debating getting a medical opinion. Felt somewhat better so decided to test it. Ruled out running a workout. Started at the hotel/Palm an ran down to other side looping RH then into cinema lot for 2x figure 8 loops (mi 1 - felt some pain to start in inside of right knee but subsided, felt the loss in the range of motion so really eased up in terms of pace), another figure 8 loop of cinema lot out & around & looped RH into small lot for 1+ loop out & into cinema lot for 2 figure 8 loops (mi 2 - felt a little more fluid & less pain), out and around & looped RH into small lot for 1+ loops out & out exit left into PF Chang lot looped around Palm (mi 3 - felt pangs of pain which I think caused me to slow down somewhat), did 5x figure 8 loops around Palm/Southern Pecan (mi 4 - felt better running these and felt more fluid, focused on higher cadence & stronger form), ran up & around Palm down PF Changs right & into small lot 1+ loops out & looped RH & then into cinema lot for 1.5 figure 8 loops (mi 5 - continued to focus on stronger form & quicker cadence), finished off part 1 of the run with 2.5 figure 8 loops of cinema lot (mi 5 - 5.5: purposely did not push the pace but started to feel really weak in my legs & concerned this is related to the pain in my right knee). Stretched, did drills. Then finished out run 1.5+ figure 8 loops of cinema lot looped RH in entrance around island & back out a bit (mi 5.5 - 6.25: ran this faster than expected because I got into a strong form & crisp cadence).
