Combination Fast Walk/Slow Jog
Right Psaos hurting more today and could be fr going an hour ten minute run yesterday (longest run since I injured this). Fast walked (no pain) for first 1/2 mile and then began a combination fast walk/jog over the remainder. The jogging felt good and when I do these combo runs it does not stress the injury and thus continues to heal but albeit at a glacially slow pace. Two hours after run boarded a plane for west coast (did not hurt when we landed in Phoenix, but I could feel it after the shorter flight into Orange County).
