Easy Run
Felt really tired which is how I have felt for each run this week - legs felt heavy, don't feel a ton of spring in my step, feels like somewhat of a struggle and a grind. Normally I feel stronger as I go along but here not the case - had to focus on easing up at various points since I was afraid I would not finish (was on the precipice of losing rhythm several times). Started at Hotel ran to other side & then did 3x [looping small lot 2x out & looped RH around Fairview in entrance] & then 2 x [looped small lot 2x & then out exit/in entrance] then out exit (thru mi 3), did 1.5x reverse loops of RH then around & into cinema lot for 4x+ figure 8 loops to finish (fr mi 3 thru 4.4). Stretched & did drills & then resumed 1.5x zig-zag loops of cinema lot out & around RH up Fairview & into far entrance to The Palm.
