Easy Run

I actually "recovered" after feeling extremely fatigued yesterday which is a good sign since I did not "backslide". Was concerned that I would feel worse today, but after the first 50-100m felt ok (vs yesterday where I felt I would collapse), and as I went along felt stronger & in good rhythm & had to focus less on staying in rhythm & good form (vs yesterday). Was originally going to run 4 mi & stop at Whole Foods but at 2 miles in began to feel much better & decided to keep running to 5 miles. Ran in Phillips Pl & started at hotel running down to other side & running 2x+ loops of small lot & looping RH (did this 3x), then same out/in entrance & then looping RH again & then out entrance (mi 1-3: the first two miles felt the same & then I began to feel stronger so focused on form & things felt easier), in entrance into cinema lot ran 4x zig/zag loops (mi 4 - felt the same as mi 3 & it was), & then 5+ figure 8 loops to finish (mi 5 - finished strong).
