Very Easy Run
Ran in/around Phillips Pl & very easy pace. Attempted to settled into a nice rhythm, slow pace, short stride & quick cadence. It was refreshing out. Legs felt tired for whatever reason & pace shows it as last week at same perceived effort ran this 10-15 sec p mi faster (although I ran most of it outside of Phillips Pl & I seem to run slower especially if the run is very windy). Ran the first 1+ miles in the hotel/Palm side running loops then to other side. Ran most of mi 4 in cinema loop, began to feel more fluid & stronger, but no idea why I slowed over the final ~ 1/2 mi as I felt really fluid?
